Meanwhile, there was some important economic news: Big Savino Airport was finally transferred under the ownership of the Perm Region, and the regional Ministry of Industry remembered about IKEA company. In addition, the prosecutor's office has officially announced about the violation of legislation on tariff regulation in the sphere of housing and utilities services of the Perm Region. The struggle for power
May 10, immediately after the holidays acting Deputy Chairman of the Perm Government, the curator of the project «Perm – cultural capital» Boris Milgram said that he «does not see his activity in the new government».

May 12, Governor Victor Basargin met with the leaders of major industrial enterprises of the Perm region in Moscow. At the meeting with President of «LUKOIL» Ltd. Vagit Alekperov, Viktor Basargin discussed issues of cooperation between the Region and the oil company. The meeting resulted in agreement on the visit of Vagit Alekperov to Perm.
Also, Governor met with a businessman Suleiman Kerimov in Moscow, who is a shareholder of «Uralkali» Ltd. (Berezniki). The meeting resulted in agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation of the Region and enterprise, as well as the visit of Suleiman Kerimov to Perm.
The end of Perm opposition
With the appointment of Victor Basargin as a Governor of the Perm Region gradually came to naught the social protest activity. One of the first to leave the coalition «For the direct Perm elections» was ex- deputy of Legislative Assembly Andrey Agishev. This week the opposition camp of Governor and President Putin also left one of the leading opposition figures, blogger Anton Tolmachev. At the moment only the manager, a graduate of the Yaroslavl University Aleksander Grigorenko continues to promote the protest marches in Perm.
Those responsible for deaths of 18 people will be judged in Perm
Last week the criminal case against the leadership of «Kama-trade» Ltd. was directed to court. The case was opened after the fire, which killed 18 people. Aleksey Kildibekov, Aleksander Safonov and Peter Mishurnov are accused in crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code.
Big Savino transferred to the ownership of the Perm region
Friday, May 11 as reported acting Vice-Prime of Goverment of the Perm Region Igor Orlov, the act of reception and transmission of Big Savino Airport was signed.
The transfer of the airport from the federal to the regional property was initiated by the need to modernize the terminal. Now the project of building a new airport terminal is developed by a Spanish architectural firm Taller de Arquitectura.
Perm Minister of Industry remembered about IKEA
Acting Perm Minister of Industry Ksenia Novikova met with the consultants of IKEA in Russia. Once again she drew the attention of Ikea consultants to the Perm Region. Several years ago, the Region had already held talks with the company to deploy this retail chain. Meanwhile, it is worth noting that in 2010 the company announced that in the next 3-5 years they are not going to build new stores in Russia.
